This is the worst Lowes that I have ever shopped at. I waited patiently for a flooring associate and told him what I was looking for. He told me that he didn't carry the item that I was looking for. I told him that they had the item in the Huber Heights store in the flooring department, but they didn't have enough. He told me to look over in hardware or maybe over in paint. He did not offer to take me to look or give me any idea of the aisle number. I was irritated and left to pay for one other item. There was a line of 15 people waiting at the one open register. I took my item to the poor cashier and told her that there was no way I was waiting in this line and walked out. Will never shop here again.
