We went to this location .to bye a 4 feet tree the workers said it was never open the box went home 45 min later and found a peice of the tree missing ...when he said it was never open .came back to the store .a manager amber .who was very in a very moody mood rude inexperienced and went on helping another customer ..when clearly she should of been helping us ..that's what u do when there is a problem ...I will never come back to this location again .very rude she was .young .and needs more practice on Howe to handle customers who spent 45 min to back to a store to return an item and 10 percent she was givving me ...but the money didn't matter ..it was the way she handled the situation. Very dissapointed .
